This website
moorveld.com currently consists of static pages. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking scripts, and loads no third-party resources. No account or profile data is collected here.
The enquiry form
If you use the enquiry form, we process the name, company, email address and message you enter, for the sole purpose of answering you and, where relevant, discussing a possible business relationship. Submissions are delivered by Resend, our email provider, which processes them on our instructions in order to send the message. We do not use these details for marketing and do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This is handled by Cloudflare as our hosting provider.
Contact by email
If you email info@moorveld.com, we process the details you send us (such as your name, email address, company and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where relevant, discussing a possible business relationship. We do not use these details for marketing and do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
Retention
Business correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to the enquiry or the business relationship it concerns, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to its processing. Send such a request to info@moorveld.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
This statement will be replaced by a complete privacy policy when the full MOORVELD website launches.
