This page explains how MOORVELD handles personal data on moorveld.com while the full website is in development.

This website

moorveld.com consists of static pages. The site sets no cookies of its own, uses no analytics and does not track you across websites. No account or profile data is collected here.

Spam protection

The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person and not a bot is submitting it. To do that, Turnstile loads a script from Cloudflare and may read limited technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and basic device characteristics. Cloudflare states that Turnstile is not used to build advertising profiles and does not track visitors across sites. Without this check the form was receiving a large volume of automated spam.

The enquiry form

If you use the enquiry form, we process the name, company, email address and message you enter, for the sole purpose of responding to you and, where relevant, discussing a possible business relationship. Submissions are delivered by Resend, our email provider, which processes them on our instructions in order to send the message. We do not use these details for marketing and do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This is handled by Cloudflare as our hosting provider.

Retention

Business correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to the enquiry or the business relationship it concerns, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to its processing. Send such a request through the enquiry form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

This statement will be replaced by a complete privacy policy when the full MOORVELD website launches.
